• Voting and competition records: votes, competition entries, round participation, rankings, judging results, and records used to maintain competition integrity.
• Payment information: purchase amounts, transaction identifiers, payment status, and related billing records. Payment card details may be handled directly by our payment processor rather than stored by us.
• Technical information: IP address, device and browser information, log data, and information about how you interact with the platform, where collected.
• Support communications: messages and information you provide when contacting us.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Create and manage accounts.
• Operate contestant profiles, competitions, voting, leaderboards, and judging.
• Process purchases, advertising campaigns, and payments.
• Provide social features and live-streaming services.
• Detect fraud, duplicate transactions, vote manipulation, and security incidents.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the platform.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Any sharing or targeted advertising practices that legally require additional disclosures or opt-out rights will be described as required by applicable law.

4. Public Profiles and Content

Information you publish publicly may be visible to visitors and may be copied, shared, indexed, or captured by others. Removing content from TAG Talent Hub may not remove copies already held by third parties.

Do not publish sensitive personal information in public profiles, posts, stories, or live broadcasts.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. The provider's privacy policy and terms govern its own processing of payment information.

We may retain transaction records and related purchase information for accounting, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal compliance.
