TAG Talent Hub — Refund Policy

1. General No-Refund Policy

All purchases made through TAG Talent Hub are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly required by the payment provider's rules.

Please review your purchase carefully before completing checkout.

2. Competition Entry Fees

Competition entry fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed, including when a contestant changes their mind, withdraws, or chooses not to participate.

3. Paid Votes

Purchases of paid votes are final and non-refundable. Unused votes, partially used vote packages, and votes purchased for a contestant who is later eliminated or withdraws are not eligible for refunds, except where required by law.

4. Advertising and Promotional Campaigns

Purchases of advertising campaigns, contestant promotions, featured placements, and spotlight packages are non-refundable once purchased. This applies even if the purchaser changes their mind or does not use the full promotional period.

5. Cancellations and Competition Changes

Canceling participation, withdrawing from a competition, or experiencing a change in competition status does not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund. Any refund required by applicable law will be handled accordingly.

6. Unauthorized or Incorrect Charges

This policy does not eliminate any rights or remedies available under applicable law or payment-provider rules concerning unauthorized transactions, duplicate charges, or payment processing errors. Please contact us to report a billing issue.
