TAG Talent Hub — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to TAG Talent Hub (“TAG Talent Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, creating an account, entering a competition, purchasing votes, or purchasing promotional services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a TAG Talent Hub account, participate in competitions, vote, or purchase services. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe the age requirement has not been met, subject to applicable law.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, or provide false information to manipulate competitions.

3. Contestant Profiles and Competition Entries

Contestants are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their profile information, submitted content, and competition entries.

Submitting an entry does not guarantee approval or acceptance. TAG Talent Hub may review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove entries according to competition rules and platform policies.

Each competition may have additional eligibility requirements, deadlines, judging criteria, voting rules, prize details, and advancement procedures. Those rules form part of the applicable competition requirements.

4. Voting and Competition Integrity

Voting availability, limits, prices, eligibility, and counting rules may vary by competition or round. We may use eligibility checks, technical controls, and fraud-prevention measures to protect competition integrity.

You may not use bots, scripts, multiple fraudulent accounts, stolen payment methods, or other deceptive methods to manipulate votes or rankings.

We may investigate suspected manipulation, invalidate votes obtained through prohibited conduct, restrict accounts, or disqualify entries when justified under applicable rules and law.

5. Payments and No-Refund Policy

Certain services may require payment, including competition entries, paid votes, and advertising or promotional campaigns.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy does not eliminate rights concerning unauthorized transactions, duplicate charges, billing errors, or other remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Prices and package details will be presented before checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, under their applicable terms.

6. Advertising and Promotions

Promotional packages may provide specified visibility, placement, or campaign benefits for a defined period. Purchasing promotion does not guarantee a particular number of views, votes, followers, engagement, competition advancement, or outcome.

Promotional campaigns remain subject to platform rules, eligibility requirements, and availability.

7. User Content and Community Conduct

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the rights you grant us in these Terms.

By uploading or publishing content, you grant TAG Talent Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and provide the services. This license lasts for as long as necessary for those purposes, subject to your rights, our Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your content.

You may not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, threatening, or otherwise prohibited material. You may not violate another person's privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.

8. Posts, Stories, and Live Streaming

Social posts, stories, and live broadcasts must comply with these Terms and any applicable community guidelines.

You are responsible for what you publish or broadcast, including permissions for music, images, video, and other third-party material. We may remove content or restrict live-streaming privileges when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

Live broadcasts and user-generated content may be viewed or captured by other users. Do not share information you intend to keep private.

9. Intellectual Property

TAG Talent Hub's branding, website design, software, and original platform materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our protected materials except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risks, legal obligations, or conduct that threatens the platform or its users.

Where reasonably appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address a violation. Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities that accrued before termination.

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform may rely on third-party services for payment processing, authentication, hosting, communications, analytics, or live streaming. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a particular competition result, or the achievement of promotional outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TAG Talent Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including applicable rights relating to fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable obligations.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform develops or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
